In the business world, sustainability is becoming an integral part of corporate identity and leadership philosophy, alongside environmental responsibility. Energy-efficient buildings, offices designed with natural materials, rainwater harvesting systems, and even “energy-positive” structures— which can feed more energy back into the grid than they consume— are among the prestige factors of this new era. For this reason, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria are no longer viewed merely as reporting tools. ESG performance is becoming a strategic factor that influences many areas—from an organization’s ability to attract investment to its brand value, and from employee engagement to global competitiveness. In this new era, leadership is defined not only by economic success but also by environmental responsibility, transparency, and a vision for a sustainable future. Organizations that can reduce their carbon footprint are now considered not only greener but also more prestigious…
